Artist's Comments
My sister held a party today for her three year old Mitchell's birthday. Across the way lives Lucy, she's 12. She spent the whole party riding round the field on a 50cc quad. I stood to one side trying not to get run over by her and took photos as she passed by. With every pass she smiled harder and posed more. Absolutely comfortable and natural in front of the camera.
Towards the end of the afternoon the quad ran out of petrol and the rest of the kids began to tire and be taken home. Lucy and her younger sister stayed, everyone was sat outside talking in the September sun, the talk got round to Lucy's posing and flirting with the camera, I wanted to get a couple of shots of her stunning eyes. Hopefully these photos do those eyes some justice. Model: Lucy Please be respectful of the model... My own technique is of course open to critique but if you've nothing nice to say about the model say nothing. Thanks guys. |
